Q: How is a SBC Offices address different than a P.O. Box at the post office?
A: We provide you a physical address, at 5533 Southwyck Blvd. Suite 101, Toledo, Ohio 43614, where you can receive packages from all major carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and messenger/courier services as compared to a P.O. Box, at which you can receive packages from USPS. We also allow for private-party drop-offs. You do not have to wait in a line to retrieve your packages.
Q: How can I sign-up for an address?
A: There are three ways you can sign up for an address with us: you can simply walk in at our location with a government-issued picture-ID and fill out two additional forms in person, at which time, we can assign you an exclusive Suite number. You can also visit our website, www.sbcoffices.com, and click "DOWNLOAD FORMS" and print them out, complete them, and then scan and email or fax us the application with a copy of your ID. Finally, you can visit our website and sign-up using the online application.
Q: Once you assign me a Suite number, how would I use it?
A: Under the business plan, you can receive mail under your personal name and/or your business name. Therefore, your address would be as follows:

Please note that correspondence addressed to you without a Suite number will cause a delay with respect to receiving your mail. On rare occasions, the post office may unintentionally redirect your mail elsewhere. To ensure timely receipt of your mail, please notify all of your correspondents to include your Suite number.
Q: What is the 1583 form and why am I required to fill it out?
A: The 1583 form is an official United States Postal Service document that allows us to receive mail on your behalf. Without that form, we would be unable to accept your mail.
Q: What forms of ID do you accept?
A: Government Driver's Licenses, passports, passport cards, permanent green cards, and any other government-issued picture-ID.
Q: How long after I submit a complete application will I get my Suite number?
A: If you sign-up in person, within 15 minutes. If you sign-up online, we will assign you a Suite number within 12 hours.
Q: Can I use my address to incorporate a company with the Secretary of State?
Q: Can I open a bank account with my address? Can I apply for credit cards using my address?
A: Yes, you can open bank accounts and apply for credit cards using this address.
Q: Do I need to show ID when I come to pick-up my mail?
A: Yes. Photo ID.
Q: When I get a package, will I be notified?
A: If we are required to sign for the package when accepting it, we send you a real-time email notification at your preferred email address.
Q: Can I find out if I have mail before making a trip to your office?
A: Yes, will be notified by email or telephone.
Q: I live in Florida so I cannot come in to pick-up mail. Do you have mail forwarding options?
A: Yes, we do forward mail anywhere. Additional charges apply.
Q: I live in UK? Do you have mail forwarding options for international clients?

Q: Can I receive mail under my partner's name if the sender included the business name?
A: Unless you have the Business Plus plan, you can only receive mail under your name and/or under the business name.
Q: How do you determine the handling and storage fee for a package?
A: The handling and storage fee depends on the size and the weight of the parcel. Larger and heavier packages accrue greater storage and handling fees.
Q: Is there a storage fee for every package that I may receive?
A: No. If you receive a USPS parcel that doesn't require our signature and the parcel fits in your mailbox there is no storage and handling fee.
Q: I'm expecting a very important piece of mail. The Mail Checker says I have mail. If I call your office can someone check to see whether I received the piece of mail I was waiting for?
A: If you are waiting for a particularly important piece of mail, you may call the office from time to time to see whether you have received it.
Q: What do I need to do if I need someone to pick up my mail for me?
A: You can call us in advance so we can verify your identity.
Q: Is there a limit to the size or weight of a package I can receive?
A: Yes. Packages greater than 50lbs, if they are large as well, may not be accepted.
Q: Can you forward me the packages I receive at my Orlando address?
A: Yes. We would use our FedEx/UPS/DHL account numbers to forward your package. In order for us to do so, we must have a prior payment to be used against shipping charges.
Q: Will my personal information be kept private and secure?
A: Yes. We will not reveal your personal information to third parties. The only instance where we will share your information is at the request of a federal or state law enforcement agencies.
Q: How long can I leave a package at your location?
A: We will not be responsible for packages that are not picked up within 15 days.
Q: How long do you keep my mail?
A: We will hold your mail as long as your account is current.
Q: Is it possible to charge my credit card each month instead of sending me paper invoices?
A: Yes, you can sign-up for Auto-pay for a recurring charge to a credit card on file.
